Spurs given their NBA championship rings

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Former Spurs David Robinson, Steve Kerr and Danny Ferry returned to the SBC Center Tuesday night, joining members of last year's NBA title-winning team in accepting their championship rings.
Tim Duncan, last season's league and Finals MVP, led a group of six current San Antonio players onto the court. One by one, the players collected the rings with more than two carats of diamonds and featuring a spur in a field of diamonds sandwiched between the words "World Champions."
Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili, Malik Rose, Bruce Bowen and Kevin Willis, as well as coaches and team executives received rings from NBA commissioner David Stern.
