A story in Monday's Election Guide said Warren School District residents will vote on a 6.5-mill bond issue to raise the required 19 percent of the $170 million needed to build all new schools under the Ohio School Facilities program. That bond issue is for 5.5 mills, but along with it is an additional 1-mill required maintenance and permanent improvement levy as part of the building project.
