LOWELLVILLE -- Anthony Donatelli, a Lowellville native, has been named president and chief executive officer of the Imperial Group, a business unit of Transportation Technologies Industries in Chicago. Imperial Group, a manufacturer of products for the heavy-duty truck and bus industry, is based in Portland, Tenn. Donatelli retired from General Motors in 2002 and joined the Imperial Group that same year as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He graduated from Lowellville High School in 1967 and from the General Motors Institute in 1972.
ACCOUNTING
NEW CASTLE -- Carbis Walker LLP, certified public accountants and consultants, is announcing four new appointments.
Michael F. Garczynski, a certified public accountant who lives in Cranberry, Pa., has been named quality control coordinator. He has more than 14 years' experience in public accounting and is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
Thomas M. Kublack, also a CPA, has joined the company as a senior tax manager. He has more than 22 years of experience in public accounting, with the past 14 exclusively in the tax area. A graduate of Robert Morris University, he has a bachelor's degree in accounting and lives in Pittsburgh.
Anthony Razzano joined the firm as a junior tax accountant. He is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a bachelor's in business administration and is completing a master's degree in taxation at the same school. He lives in New Castle.
David Geisler, a CPA living in Pittsburgh, is a senior accountant with the firm. He has more than 20 years' experience and is also a Robert Morris University graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

BOARDMAN -- InfoCision Management Corporation has promoted Monica Brodigan to senior program supervisor in the company's Boardman volunteer recruitment call center. Brodigan began her career with the company in 1999 as a program supervisor.
