Teresa Loper and Richard Miller will exchange vows in late August

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Troy and Sandy Loper of 3790 Bryant Drive are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Teresa Loper of the same address, and Richard Miller, 5057 New Road, Austintown, son of Richard and Linda Miller of Valencia, Pa.
The couple's open ceremony is set for 5 p.m. Aug. 30 at Smith Corners United Methodist Church in Austintown, and invitations will be extended for a reception that evening at United Auto Workers Local 1714 Union Hall in Lordstown.
Miss Loper is an administrative assistant with Thomas Fok & amp; Associates in Austintown.
Her fiance is self-employed in Youngstown.
