OFFICERS Lions Club plans installation ceremony

NILES -- The installation of officers who will head Niles Lions Club during the 2003-04 season will take place during a ladies' night meeting planned for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at McMenamy's.
Inducted will be Bruce Simeone, king lion; Ken Tripodi, first vice president; Anthony Nori, second vice president; Jack Sohayda, third vice president; Bill Shehy secretary; Joe Cornicelli, treasurer; Pete Toto, tail twister; Jerry Gatta, assistant tail twister; and George Buccella, lion tamer.
Named to the 2003-2004 board of directors are Jerry Zoccali and John Vlosich, and serving with the 2004-2005 board will be Tex Cicero and J.P. Morgan.
The Lions will raffle a set of four tickets for the June 25 Cleveland Indian and Kansas City Royals baseball game to raise funds for service projects.
The group will hold a steak fry and final meeting of the season June 11 at Stephens Park.
