XLAKE TAHOE, Nev. -- The Wedding Chapel at Caesars was the setting at 11 a.m. April 23 as Mary Kathryn Benish, 54 Ewing Road, Boardman, and Douglas C. James, 4047 Dover Road, Boardman, were united in marriage.
The Rev. David B. Anderson presided at the ceremony for the daughter of Eileen W. Hardin, 2244 Anna Ave., Warren, and the late George D. Hardin, and the son of Carol D. James, 8041 Aquadale Drive, Boardman, and the late Richard D. James.
The couple spent their honeymoon at Lake Tahoe and live at the Dover Road address.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education and a master's in education-counseling. She is employed by the Youngstown City School District as a counselor at Wilson High School.
The groom is also employed by Youngstown city schools and is a band director at Wilson. He graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in telecommunications and a master's in music education.
