Fencik Jr., 47, Fallentimber Road, Elizabeth, Pa.; aggravated possession of drugs. Jason A. Yeager, 30, Mahoning County Justice Center or South Raccoon Road, Austintown; felonious assault. Phillip O. Gibson, 22, South Garden Street, Norwalk; burglary. Benjamin Nunley, 53, Mahoning County Justice Center or East Myrtle Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine. Michael D. Freeman, 41, West Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown; burglary. Steven N. Baddeley, 18, Chestnut Street, Leetonia; receiving stolen property.
