CARRIE STATESBREEN BANNON
XYOUNGSTOWN -- Carrie K. States, daughter of Cheryl E. Schuller of Youngstown and Orville R. Schuller of Hubbard, was married at 1:30 p.m. April 26 at St. Patrick Church to Breen O. Bannon, son of Elizabeth Bannon and Charles Bannon, both of Youngstown.
Officiant was the Rev. Edward Noga, and a reception was held at the Grand Pavilion at Opus Twenty One in Howland. The couple are living in Canfield since returning from a honeymoon trip to Hawaii.
The bride wore a backless satin sheath-style gown. The bodice was enhanced with pearls, and pearl detailing trimmed the chapel-length train.
The bride's sister, Kellie States, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Lisa Bannon-Steinmetz, the groom's sister, and Theresa DeCapita and Courtney Schuller, the bride's sisters. They wore azure gowns. Nell Bannon Steinmetz, the groom's niece, was flower girl. Also participating was the bride's cousin, Molly Belosic.
Charles J. Bannon, the groom's brother, served as best man, and groomsmen were Adam Bannon, the groom's son; his father; and Joseph Stefanec Jr., the bride's brother. Joseph DeCapita, the bride's nephew, was ring bearer.
A graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Mrs. Bannon is a pharmacist with Giant Eagle.
Her husband holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and is assistant vice president of commercial lending at Sky Bank.
