DAYTON -- Youngstown State will play Wisconsin-Milwaukee Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the first round of the Horizon League tournament, hosted by Wright State.
The Penguins (26-26, 12-11 Horizon) finished the regular season as the fourth seed. UW-Milwaukee (25-23, 13-10) is the third seed.
The tournament's other first round games will feature No. 1 seed Illinois-Chicago (35-16, 15-6) against the winner of a play-in game between No. 6 seed Detroit (15-31, 8-12) and No. 7 seed Cleveland State (10-37, 4-18), and No. 2 seed Butler (31-25, 16-8) against No. 5 seed Wright State (21-32, 10-13).
The play-in game is Wednesday.

Canfield defeatsChampion, 5-4
STRUTHERS -- Brent Parks hit an RBI single in the sixth inning to drive home Tim Dewberry as the Canfield High baseball team defeated Champion 5-4 Saturday night at Cene Park.
Dan Leonard had two hits and Nathan Porter tripled for the Cardinals (21-6). Brian Smith and Shawn Szepietowski each had two hits for Champion (17-3).
Canfield's Rick Banna pitched the complete-game victory, striking out 12.
Penn-Ohio golf
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- Matt Kemp and Zak Mansky each fired 71 as Ohio Carpet and Commissioner Ed Reese defeated Sharon Hickory VFW, Warren and New Castle Del Mar golf course in the Penn-Ohio Golf League.
Ohio Carpet won with 371/2 points. Hickory VFW was second with 351/2, followed by Warren with 191/2 and Del Mar with 11/2.
Bob Blaze of Hickory VFW took medalist honors with 68 points. Teammate Doug Kritz finished with 70.
Ohio Carpet leads in the standings with 133 points.
Butler Rodeo
BUTLER, Pa. -- The 25th annual Butler Rodeo will be held at the Butler Farm Show Grounds on June 12-14.
The event is sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association.

Vizquel in paperback
CLEVELAND -- Omar! My Life On and Off the Field, the autobiography of Cleveland Indians shortstop Omar Vizquel, has been published in a new paperback edition with an extra chapter, a lower price and, a special alternate book cover.
In a new chapter added for the paperback edition, Vizquel writes about the 2002 baseball season, off-season changes (including the loss of Jim Thome to free agency), and the high-profile controversies involving former teammates Jose Mesa and Albert Belle that arose over what Vizquel wrote about them.

Princeton winslacrosse title
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Princeton beat Virginia 8-7 on Theresa Sherry's goal with about 11/2 minutes left in overtime Sunday to win its second straight NCAA women's lacrosse championship.
Virginia (17-5) couldn't gain possession on the ensuing faceoff, and the Tigers ran out the clock.
Sherry spun past three defenders and beat goalie Andrea Pfeiffer to the short side for her third goal of the game -- giving Princeton (16-4) its only lead with 89 seconds left.
Lindsey Biles and Elizabeth Pillion each scored twice, and Whitney Miller added one goal for Princeton.

Michael Schumacherclaims third straight
SPIELBERG, Austria -- Michael Schumacher beat Formula One leader Kimi Raikkonen in the Austrian Grand Prix on Sunday for his third straight win and the 65th of his career, closing within two points of first place in the standings.
The five-time Formula One champion, who failed to finish in the top three in the first three races of the season, has 38 points, compared to Raikkonen's 40 after six races.
Schumacher, who started from the pole, finished 3.3 seconds ahead of Raikkonen's McLaren-Mercedes in the 69-lap race on the 2.69-mile A1-Ring. Ferrari's Rubens Barrichello, was third, 3.9 seconds behind.
