Parents announce Shuluga-Olson wedding plans

XPlans for the summer wedding of Katie Lynn Shuluga, 2748 Hubbard Road, Lowellville, and David Olson, 1233 Bedford Road, Lowellville, are being announced by their parents.
The bride-elect, a daughter of Leida and Joe Shuluga of the Hubbard Road address, is a kindergarten teacher at Eagle Heights Academy, Youngstown. She holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Youngstown State University, where she graduated cum laude and is pursuing a master's in educational technology.
Her fiance's parents are David L. Olson of the Bedford Road address and Gloria Olson, 5404 Southern Blvd., Boardman. He graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in education and earned a master's in education administration from Westminster College, New Wilmington, Pa. He is a fourth-grade teacher with Lowellville Local Schools and a financial services provider/registered representative with World Financial Group in Boardman.
The couple will be united in marriage during an open ceremony that will take place at 1 p.m. July 26 at Our Lady of Holy Rosary Church, Lowellville. Invitations will be issued for their evening reception at the Maronite Center, Youngstown.
