XAUSTINTOWN -- Lisa M. Furlong and Michael A. Rossi were joined in marriage at 2 p.m. April 26 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. The Rev. Stephen Popovich officiated for the daughter of Joseph and Karen Furlong, 178 Fair Meadow Drive, and son of Mark and Victoria Rossi, 360 S. Broad St., Canfield.
A reception was held at St. Mary's Assumption Social Center in Youngstown, and the couple departed for a Caribbean cruise. They live at 5781 Norquest Blvd.
The bride 's white matte satin A-line gown was accented with beaded lace. Covered buttons added back interest, and the skirt flowed to a cathedral train enhanced with beaded lace.
Matrons of honor were her sister, Michele Rossi, and Elizabeth Martin, and bridesmaids were Melissa Soos; Teresa Rossi and Sarah Durham, the groom's sisters; and Kelly Jackson. They wore lilac gowns. Her niece and his cousin, Hanna Rossi, was flower girl.
Nicholas Rossi, the groom's brother, and Patrick Rossi, his cousin and her brother-in-law, shared duties of best man, and groomsmen were Eric Kaplan; Robert Durham, the groom's brother-in-law; David Colaianni; and Carmen Russionello. Jacob Rossi, her nephew and his cousin, was ring bearer.
A graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in social work, Mrs. Rossi is a medical social worker at Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
Her husband holds a bachelor's degree in communications from YSU and is a news photographer with WYTV Channel 33 in Youngstown.
