YOUNGSTOWN -- Adam R. Van Rees of Canfield has joined Harrington, Hoppe & amp; Mitchell, a regional law firm, as a new associate attorney working primarily out of the Youngstown office. A Canfield resident, Van Rees earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, and he has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio University.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Humility of Mary Health Partners has promoted Bonnie Perratto to senior vice president of nursing and clinical services, Genie Aubel to senior vice president and administrator of the St. Elizabeth Health Center Boardman Campus and William A. Young Jr. to senior vice president and administrator of the St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.
Perratto, a registered nurse, had been vice president of nursing and clinical services for HMHP since 1996 and she is also responsible for HMHP's patient advocacy program. She is a Wharton Fellow for Nurse Executives at Johnson & amp; Johnson and has a master's degree in business administration from Adelphi University School of Business. She has a bachelor's degree from the College of St. Francis and a nursing diploma from the Youngstown Hospital Association School of Nursing. She lives in Poland.
Aubel, a Boardman resident, had been vice president of ambulatory and home care services since 2000. She has a bachelor's degree from Miami University of Ohio and a master's degree in hospital and health-service administration from The Ohio State University.
Young, formerly vice president of support services for HMHP since 1998, has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio Northern University and a master's in business administration from the University of Toledo. He is a certified public accountant and lives in Hudson.

CANFIELD -- Innis Maggiore Group, an advertising and public relations firm, has hired Pat Springer as an account supervisor. She came to the company from Patio Enclosures in Macedonia, where she was director of advertising, and she also formerly worked at Winner Advertising in Sharon, Pa. Springer has a bachelor's degree in English and journalism from Youngstown State University and she lives in Austintown.
MANAGED CARE
WARREN -- OhioComp Choice, a workers' compensation managed care organization in Howland, has named Tracey Sprague Laswell its chief executive officer. Laswell is a graduate of Champion High School and has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Liberty University and a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Kent State University. She lives in Newton Falls.

LEAVITTSBURG -- Don Moore has been named vice president of sales and marketing at Denman Tire Corp., where he had been national sales manager since 1992. He has 40 years' experience in the tire industry.
WARREN -- Schaefer Equipment has appointed Marta L. Bingham to supervisor of inside sales and Antoinette Agati to inside sales. The business is in Warren.

NEW CASTLE, Pa. -- Carbis Walker LLP, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, has added Scott A. Harding to its health-care department. Harding has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Slippery Rock University where he recently completed his master's degree in accountancy. A Boardman resident, he has more than nine years' experience in the health-care industry.
