XDr. and Mrs. (Bridget) Brian Veauthier of Casper, Wyo. are announcing the birth of their first child, a daughter, Samantha Diane, May 3 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. The infant's grandparents are JoAnn and Nicholas Veauthier of Poland, and Diane and Louis Lombard Jr. of Prospect, Conn. The great-grandparents are Doreen Zibell and Marion and Louis Lombard Sr., all of Prospect.
