OPENING SUNDAY: The new $1.35 million Liberty Branch of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library will have an open house Sunday. Ribbon cutting at the Church Hill-Hubbard Road facility will be at 1 p.m., followed by tours and refreshments until 3 p.m.
