BOARDMAN | Trustees meeting

Township trustees met Monday and:
Authorized William Leicht, clerk, to advertise for bids for the 2003 road paving program. Road superintendent Gary Dawson has selected 36 streets, a total of 9.3 miles, for partial or complete surfacing at an estimated cost of $380,023.
Renewed an annual maintenance agreement for fire department record-keeping software with Visionary Systems of Butler, Pa., at $1,015.
Authorized purchase of computer upgrades for the fire department from Enhanced Network Solutions of Boardman, not to exceed $2,165.
Authorized purchase of two remote radios for unmarked police vehicles from Cattron Communications of Boardman for $5,550, including programming and installation.
Moved the next regular meeting date from May 26 to May 27 because of Memorial Day.
