hClint's Dandy Diggergets the weeds out
Clint Jones got tired of his weed-control methods, which even included digging weeds out on his hands and knees with a crowbar and mallet. So the retiree from Washington used his ingenuity to create his own weed-removal tool.
The result is Clint's Dandy Digger, a gadget that Jones touts as the world's fastest weeder. The tool uses a slender, pointed blade and leverage to force weeds out of the ground, roots and all.
The user pushes the tool's pointed end into the ground alongside the weed, then pulls back the handle to break up the soil and force the weed out. Once the weed is removed, the soil can be stomped back into place.
The digger comes in four sizes and ranges in price from $10 to $50, not including shipping. It can be ordered at (360) 681-0101 or at www.clintsdandydigger.com.
