XAnimal Welfare League of Trumbull County will hold a Chinese auction Sunday at the Packard Park Shelter House, Mahoning Avenue, Warren. Doors will open at 1 p.m., and the drawing will start at 3. XOld Springfield United Church of Christ, state Route 170, New Middletown, will hold a rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Also available will be homemade vegetable soup, cinnamon rolls and lunch.
XSt. John's Episcopal Church, 12th St. at Buffalo Street, Franklin, will hold a trash or treasure sale in the church parking lot from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
