She was a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and walked the runway for Victoria's Secret. Then she got a job as an MTV host. Now Molly Sims, the Kentucky native, shares some of her secrets of success with Allure magazine. Some of her pointers:
Niceness counts: "I made it because I'm easy to get along with ..."
Show some teeth: In other words, smile.
Good moisturizer: She uses Ponds cleansing wipes and Noxzema moisturizer.
Dress to please your audience: "I don't want to look too contrived," she says. She mixes designer clothes with T-shirts and lets her color roots show.
