Casa Savoia Club conducts election

BOARDMAN -- The Casa Savoia Club held election of officers during a meeting April 16 at the Ground Round.
Officers are Mary Sinesio, president; Flora Acconcia, vice president; Virginia Palotta, secretary; Josephine DeMatteo, treasurer; Roseann Garritano, publicity; Grace Wardle and Theresa Dattilo, trustees; and Sylvia Keleman, sunshine.
The club celebrated its 71st anniversary. Organized in 1932, the club continues as a social and charitable group. There are 50 members.
The next meeting will be held May 21 at The Grandview in Canfield. Cecilia Fumi, Carmel Holecko and Evelyn Carbone will serve on the committee.
