COLUMBUS -- Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties have been designated as Ohio bicentennial communities, and the state will provide red, white and blue signs reflecting this designation for the entryways to their cities, villages and townships.
The signs are funded by the Ohio Department of Transportation as part of this year's bicentennial commemoration.
Each jurisdiction displaying the signs has at least one bicentennial activity or event within the local community.
