WARREN -- A couple facing felony pornography charges were to be arraigned today in municipal court.
Sandra Harvey, 36, and Dennis Harvey, 44, of 174 Martin Luther King Blvd., were arrested Tuesday, two days after an employee at the Parkman Road Kmart gave police photos taken there by them for processing.
Photos showed a toddler near Dennis Harvey, who was naked in a bathtub, according to reports.
Policeman memorial fund
YOUNGSTOWN -- Contributions for the Patrolman Michael T. Hartzell Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 28 memorial fund can be made at any Farmers National Bank.
The 26-year-old Youngstown officer was shot and killed in the line of duty April 29.
Motorcyclist is killedwhen bike, car collide
WEATHERSFIELD -- A 27-year-old motorcyclist was killed Tuesday night when his cycle collided with a car on Salt Springs Road.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Gary L. Booth, of 3053 Kiwatha Road, Youngstown, was riding on Salt Springs about 10:15 p.m., near Interstate 80 when a car driven by Mary Ann Davis, 48, of 3653 Oakview Drive, Girard, tried to turn into a private driveway and the two collided.
No charges have been filed.
Booth was wearing a helmet, the patrol said.
Woman reports robbery
NILES -- An 18-year-old Mineral Ridge woman was robbed of $25 after being dragged from her car Tuesday night.
The woman told police three men in a car followed her after leaving work in Vienna, cutting her off three times.
The third time was at Mahoning Avenue and Pratt Street here, where the men took her money.
Juveniles fire paint balls;authorities mull charges
LIBERTY -- Police are determining if charges will be filed against four juveniles who fired paint balls at passing motorists over the weekend.
Officers were called Sunday evening to Logangate Boulevard near the railroad tracks on complaints that paint balls were being fired at several passing cars.
Police caught up with the four -- ages 12 to 14 -- one of whom asked, "Can't we just say we're sorry and forget about it?"
While chasing the four, Patrol Officer R. Keith Trittschuh drew his pistol when he saw what appeared to be the top of a rifle.
The four had a paint-ball gun and canister of paint balls.
Pupils' works at library
NEWTON FALLS -- Big books and bookmarks are on display through May in the public library's youth department here.
In April, middle-school pupils celebrated Right to Read Week with the theme "Munch a Good Book."
Art teacher Mary Leo's pupils created large copies of books which people can't wait to "sink their teeth into" and also made bookmarks.

Man from New Castlefaces charges after crash
YOUNGSTOWN -- Robert L. Price, 26, of New Castle was charged with DUI, driving under suspension and possession of marijuana after he crashed his car into a porch at 29 McGuffey Road on Tuesday evening.
Police said when he was asked his name, he gave his birth date. When asked again, he gave a portion of his Social Security number.
When asked to sign a form refusing treatment by an ambulance crew, Price wrote a phone number instead, reports show.
He told police he didn't crash and said he lives at the house on McGuffey.
The arresting officer said he smelled marijuana on Price and found $1,491 and a large bag of suspected marijuana.
Salem Butler exhibits
SALEM -- Hand-painted stained-glass designs from 1890 to 1930 are on display through May 31 at the Salem branch of the Butler Institute of American Art,
On view through July 4 is an exhibition featuring photographs created on a journey to Beijing by associates of the Youngstown State University Art Department.
The museum, at 343 E. State St., is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
