Criminal damage: A woman discovered a tire on her vehicle was cut in two places while parked in a carport in the 5600 block of Southern Boulevard.
Criminal damage: An employee at Willow Creek Learning Center, 1322 W. Western Reserve Road, reported someone broke a 4-by-6-foot window.
Theft: Two women discovered their wallets missing from an office at a church in the 6800 block of Market Street.
Forgery: An employee at Sky Bank alleged a woman forged three checks totaling $540 at a branch at 7235 South Ave., and that a $500 account was fraudulently set up at the 525 E. Midlothian Blvd. location.
Theft: Police charged a 17-year-old Youngstown boy with theft after a pair of men's tennis shoes was stolen from Shoe Carnival, 550 Boardman-Poland Road.
Fraud: An employee at Target discount store, 417 Boardman-Poland Road, reported a man signed a woman's name and bought a $212 video game with a stolen credit card.
Theft: A Greenville, Pa., man reported two concert tickets stolen while he was in the 1200 block of Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A woman stole a women's suit from Stein Mart, 529 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Assault: A man in the 300 block of Brookfield Avenue reported someone shot his son with a paintball gun and that the boy suffered injuries to his eardrum.
Assault: A woman reported someone pushed her daughter into a locker at Boardman High School, 7777 Glenwood Ave.
Theft: An employee at Plumb Gold in the Southern Park Mall reported a gold ladies' wristwatch stolen from a kiosk.
Theft: A man reported his vehicle broken into and two compact-disk cases and 500 CDs stolen while he was at Astre Total Fitness and Rehabilitation Center, 374 Boardman-Poland Road.
April 29
Arrest: A 36-year-old Youngstown man was charged with telephone harassment after a woman in the 7100 block of Trenholm Road reported receiving harassing calls.
Arrest: After investigating the welfare of a woman in the 100 block of Shadyside Drive, police charged a 29-year-old Boardman man with violation of a temporary protection order.
Theft: An employee at St. Luke Church, 5235 South Ave., alleged a 17-year-old boy took $435 and made three fraudulent purchases with his credit card.
Theft: A woman reported her purse lost or stolen while she ate at T.J.'s Restaurant, 7410 South Ave.
Theft: Police arrested a 15-year-old Struthers girl on a theft charge after three pairs of shorts and a pair of jeans were stolen from Kohl's department store, 383 Boardman-Poland Road. She also was cited on a charge of possession of cigarettes.
Criminal damage: Someone tossed a rock at a vehicle parked in the 8100 block of Southern Boulevard and cracked its windshield.
Theft: An Ohio license plate was removed from a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Boardman-Canfield Road.

Theft: A woman in the 2000 block of Wolosyn Circle reported a gas grill stolen from her back porch.
Arrest: Police arrested a 22-year-old man at his Salinas Trail residence on a charge of obstructing official business.
Arrest: After a traffic stop near Market Street and U.S. Route 224, police charged a 30-year-old Campbell man with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana. Police alleged they found a bag containing suspected marijuana residue inside the car.
Theft: A woman in the 5800 block of Rosewood Drive discovered a $500 bicycle missing from her garage.
Assault: A man in the 3800 block of Timothy Lane reported a male teenager harassed and assaulted his 10-year-old son.
Criminal damage: A woman in the 200 block of Mathews Road reported $2,000 in damage to her rear porch, possibly by someone riding a skateboard.
Arrest: While investigating a loud noise complaint at a residence in the 100 block of Shorehaven Drive, police charged a 22-year-old Boardman man with possession of drug paraphernalia.
May 1
Bad checks: A woman passed four bad checks totaling $1,915 at two First Place Bank locations, 476 Boardmman-Canfield Road and 724 Boardman-Poland Road.
Theft: A man in his 20s stole two cartons of cigarettes from Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Theft/drugs: Police arrested a 19-year-old Volant, Pa., man on a theft charge after a jacket was stolen from Kaufmann's department store in the Southern Park Mall. He also was charged with possession of drugs after officers said they found suspected marijuana in his pocket.
Theft: A citizens band radio was stolen from a vehicle at R & amp;J Trucking, 8063 Southern Blvd.

Burglary: Police charged a 38-year-old Boardman woman with burglary after a man in the 1000 block of Laverne Avenue discovered $600 missing from his residence.
Theft: A Vindicator vending box and $25 in change were stolen from a sidewalk area in the 5100 block of Southern Boulevard.
Theft: Someone stole a Sony PlayStation game system and three PlayStation games from Family Video, 5205 Market St.
Theft: A Youngstown woman discovered five fraudulent withdrawals totaling about $495 were made from her checking account.
Theft: Police arrested two 13-year-old Youngstown boys on theft charges after two earrings, a wristwatch and a shirt were taken from Wal-Mart, 1300 Doral Drive.
Theft: A Salem woman reported a tote bag and cellular phone stolen from a desk area at a doctor's office in the 1000 block of South Commons Place.
Theft: A woman reported a temporary tag was removed from her vehicle.
Theft: An employee at Forum Health Beeghly Medical Center, 6505 Market St., reported her wallet stolen from an office.
Arrest: Police arrested a 41-year-old Boardman man at Cinema South Inc., 7420 South Ave., on a warrant charging him with assault.
Theft: An Ohio registration plate and two front hubcaps were stolen off a vehicle parked at the Southern Park Mall.
Burglary: A man in the 1300 block of Mea-dowood Circle discovered numerous jewelry items missing from his home.
May 3
Criminal damage: An employee at Inner Circle Pizza, 1816 Boardman-Poland Road, reported someone damaged his vehicle's driver's-side front window.
Breaking and entering: Someone broke into Inglis Greenhouse & amp; Gift Shop, 6613 Southern Blvd., and removed $300 from two cash registers, a metal door, an office window, two panes of glass and an undetermined amount of money.
Arrest: Police charged a 17-year-old Poland boy with public intoxication and underage possession of alcohol.
Criminal damage: A woman in the 200 block of Forest Park Drive reported someone used a sharp instrument to scratch her vehicle's driver's-side door and tailgate while the vehicle was parked in her driveway, causing about $1,000 in damage.
Theft: A 23-year-old Youngstown woman was charged with theft after 11 pieces of children's clothing were stolen from Sears in the Southern Park Mall.
Theft: A man stole a carton of cigarettes from Rich Speedway, 5823 South Ave.
Theft: A woman reported a set of keys, a car remote control device, two key chains, 15 CDs and a black leather case were stolen while she was at Astre Total Fitness.

Burglary: A man in the 7000 block of Claybourne Avenue discovered his residence burglarized and damage to a deadbolt lock and two wooden panels around a door.
Arrest: Police arrested a 37-year-old Canfield woman on charges of criminal damaging and criminal trespass.
Criminal damage: A man reported a dent in his car's passenger-side rear door, and that someone used a key to damage its passenger-side door, hood, front fender and other areas.
Burglary: A woman in the 4000 block of South Avenue reported someone broke into her trailer and took $62.
Domestic violence: Police charged a 16-year-old Boardman girl with domestic violence after her godmother reported being a victim while they were at Inglis Greenhouse.
Domestic violence: Police arrested a 31-year-old North Lima man on a domestic-violence charge after his wife said he pushed her.
Arrest: After a traffic stop on Market Street, police arrested an 18-year-old Aliquippa, Pa., on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of an alcoholic beverage. Police say they found a loaded .22-caliber handgun in his possession.
