Bike show at GM plantraises funds for charity
LORDSTOWN -- The seventh annual bike show at General Motors' Lordstown Assembly Plant last week raised $10,500 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The two-day show promoted motorcycle safety awareness and collected money for the charity.

Checking into biodiesel
DOVER, Del. -- Farmers in Delaware are looking toward biodiesel as a way to expand the market for their soybeans. A $60,000 federal grant is being used to study the feasibility of building a biodiesel production plant there. Soybeans are the most common ingredient in biodiesel.
Biodiesel is a clean-burning alternative fuel made from anything from used restaurant grease to virgin soybean oil. Nationwide, sales of biodiesel have soared to an estimated 15 million gallons last year, said Joe Jobe, executive director of the National Biodiesel Board in Jefferson City, Mo.
