Franklin-Roth wedding to be in California

XCANFIELD -- The engagement of Joyce Franklin and Stephen Roth, both of San Rafael, Calif., is being announced by parents of the future groom, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel A. Roth of Canfield.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Don E. Franklin of Springfield, Va.
Miss Franklin graduated from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va., with a bachelor's degree in finance, and is the principal of J.L. Franklin Wealth Planning in Larkspur, Calif.
Her fiance, the principal of a software firm in San Rafael, holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding they are planning for early June in San Francisco.
