First vice chairman: Diane R. Sauer, president of Diane Sauer's Martin Chevrolet.
Second vice chairman: Donald E. Moore, vice president of Trumco Insurance Agency.
Secretary: Evelyn H. McGhee, technical expert with the Social Security Administration
Treasurer: David L. Kellerman, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Second National Bank.
Immediate past chairman: Edward C. Taylor, retired quality supervisor of General Motors Lordstown Assembly Plant.
President and chief professional officer: Thomas J. Krysiek.
