VFW auxiliary holds election of officers

YOUNGSTOWN -- The election of officers for 2003-2004 was held by the Donald Lockett VFW Post 6488 Auxiliary April 26 at the post home.
Named to various offices were Sandra Smith-Graves, president; Katherine Williams, senior vice president; Lucy Copeland, junior vice president; Geraldine Crenshaw, secretary; Rose Jordan, treasurer; Eloise Atkins, chaplain; Thelma Williams, conductress; and Evelyn Caldwell, guard.
Maria Henderson will serve as a three-year trustee, and Alberta Toney will be a two-year trustee. Betty Jean Evans will assume the role of patriotic instructor.
The installation ceremony will take place after the June convention in Toledo.
