YOUNGSTOWN -- Northside Concerned Citizens group will have a rally at noon Saturday in front of 498 Madera Ave. to celebrate the property's renovation. The home, damaged by arson in July, is being renovated by YouthBuild of Mahoning County with financial help from First Place Bank.
