XBOARDMAN -- Amanda Patton, a daughter of Bruce and Cindy Patton, 8750 Chesterton Drive, Poland, and Glenn Teasley, a son of Glenn and Marge Teasley, 1519 Bancroft Ave., Youngstown, were united in marriage during a 5 p.m. ceremony May 3 at St. James Meeting House, Boardman Township Park.
The Rev. Norman E. Crewson presided at the ceremony, and afterward the couple were honored during a reception held at the Italian-American Veterans Centre, Youngstown.
The newlyweds left on a wedding trip to the Pocono Mountains. They will live in Boardman.
The bride's sleeveless shift gown of white chiffon was designed with a two-piece look. It featured a cowl neckline, a beaded bodice and hemline, and a court train.
Yellow gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Rebecca Patton of Columbus, and the bridesmaids, Nicole Teasley of Youngstown, a sister of the groom; Tracy Gross of Ellsworth; and Necole Corvino of Poland. Flower girl was Madison Smith of Columbus.
Justin Teasley of Youngstown served as best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Shaun Updegraff of Boardman, Steve Anzevino of Austintown and Mike Smith of Columbus. Ring bearer was Jereth Gross of Ellsworth.
The bride is attending ITT Technical Institute in Youngstown.
The groom is an apprentice with the Sheetmetal Workers Local 33 of the Youngstown District.
