RUNNING
Fairhaven 5K Race --and 1 Mile Fun Run will be Saturday, at the Fairhaven School in Niles. The 1-miler starts at 10 a.m. and the 5K race starts at 10:30. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and costs $12 on race day. Cash awards will be presented to the top three men and women finishers in the 5K race. Awards also will be presented in age groups for the 5K. Fairhaven is located at 420 Lincoln Way in Niles (behind Dodson Furniture and across from the main entrance to Eastwood Mall).
