Employment: Construction manager, URS O'Brien Kreitzberg.
Education: Hubbard High School graduate; ITT Technical School, structural design associate degree; Youngstown State University, bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Family: Parents, Richard and Marianne Kelly.
Priority: Continue to improve infrastructure and compel department heads to be responsible for their actions and performance.
