Winner's share: $810,000.Television: USA (Thursday-Friday, 4-6 p.m.) and NBC (Saturday, 3-6 p.m.; Sunday, 2:30-6 p.m.).Last year: Tiger Woods won for the third straight year, beating New Zealand's Michael Campbell by four strokes. Phil Mickelson bogeyed four of the last five holes to finish five strokes back.Last week: Justin Leonard won his eighth tour title, edging Davis Love III and Chad Campbell by a stroke in the Honda Classic. Leonard had a tournament-record 24-under 264 total.Notes: Woods and Ernie Els are appearing together in a stroke-play event for the first time this year. Tournament host Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus also are playing, possibly for the last time together in a PGA Tour event. The 73-year-old Palmer is playing in a PGA Tour event for the 50th straight year. ... Woods is coming off a victory three weeks ago in the Match Play Championship and also won the Buick Invitational in his first event after knee surgery. He won the 1991 U.S. Junior at Bay Hill. .

Winner's share: $150,000.Television: ESPN (Friday, 1-3 p.m.; Saturday, 4-6 p.m.) and ESPN2 (Sunday, 5-7 p.m.).Last year: Australia's Rachel Teske beat Annika Sorenstam with a birdie on the second playoff hole. Sorenstam bogeyed the final two holes of regulation for a 76.Last week: Australia's Wendy Doolan won her second tour title, beating Betsy King and Lorie Kane by three strokes in the season-opening Welch's-Fry's Championship in Tucson, Ariz.Notes: Sorenstam, set to play in the PGA Tour's Colonial in late May, shot the first 59 in women's tournament history in her 2001 victory and broke the tour's 72-hole record with a 27-under 261 total. The Swede is playing her first official event since winning the season-ending ADT Championship in late November. She had the best LPGA Tour season in 38 years, winning 11 times in 23 starts and breaking her own records for scoring (68.70) and earnings ($2,863,904). .

Allen Doyle was second, five strokes back.Last week: Tom Purtzer won his first senior title, holing a 58-foot eagle putt on the final hole for a one-stroke victory over Gil Morgan in the rain-shortened SBC Classic. Morgan three-putted the par-5 18th for a bogey, missing a 7-foot par putt.Notes: Spain's Jose Maria Canizares won the 2001 tournament, beating Morgan with a birdie on the ninth hole of a playoff. In 1999, CBS announcer Gary McCord needed five extra holes to beat John Jacobs.
