Forum Health, unionreach tentative pact
WARREN -- Forum Health has reached a tentative, three-year contract agreement with Local 2804 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, the union representing service workers at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Details will be released if union members ratify the pact Wednesday.
Wal-Mart Supercenterplans opening ceremony
SALEM -- A grand opening ceremony for the new Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2875 E. State St., will be at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. Included will be community grants, introduction of store managers and appearances by costumed characters. The store, which will employ nearly 380 people, carries groceries and general merchandise.
