Eligibility for New Castle's owner-occupied housing rehabilitation programs will be based on the limits for low- to moderate-income households by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
One person, $14,400 to $23,000.
Two people, $16,450 to $26,300.
Three people, $18,500 to $29,600.
Four people, $20,550 to $32,900.
Five people, $22,200 to $35,500.
Six people, $23,850 to $38,150.
Seven people, $25,500 to $40,750.
Eight people, $27,150 to $43,400.
