Age: 52Residence: Longtime Hubbard resident.Education: 1968 graduate of Ursuline High School and attended Youngstown State University for three years.Experience: Began as a dispatcher in Hubbard in 1981. Appointed a patrol officer in 1986 and promoted to sergeant in 1991.Family: Married to the former Mary Ann Leonard of Youngstown; three sons, Matt, Marty and Marc. Matt and Marty are the only graduates of Hubbard High School who lettered in three sports and were valedictorians of their senior classes.Nickname: "Coach Niner" because he has coached baseball, basketball, football and softball throughout Trumbull County.
