ASSOCIATIONS
XMill Creek Chapter of the American Business Women's Association will meet at 6 p.m. July 8 at The Elm Tree in Struthers. Dinner will be a buffet of roasted chicken, stuffed cabbage, pasta, potatoes, haluski, green beans, salad and dessert. CLUBS
XWomen's Connection Christian Women's Club will hold a "Sweet Scents of Summer" luncheon from noon to 2 p.m. July 8 at the Italian-American Veterans Centre in Youngstown. Presenting the program will be Shirley Davidson, Ann Marie Francisco and a florist from Sweet Arrangements. XYoungstown South Christian Women's Club will hold a "Birds and Blooms" luncheon from noon to 1:45 p.m. July 10 at Antone's Banquet Centre in Boardman. SINGLES
XOriginal Christian Singles will meet at 6 p.m. July 7 at Glenwood Primitive Methodist Church in Boardman. The club will provide hot dogs and buns; those attending are asked to take appropriate accompaniment foods. The program will be a variety of songs, poems and jokes by members. XSingle for Any Reason will eat at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Ground Round, 3701 Elm Road. Afterward there will be a 7:30 p.m. board meeting and an 8 p.m. general meeting. Members will attend a dance at Niles Fire-Police Building, 15 State St., Niles, at 7 p.m. Thursday and have a covered dish dinner and steak fry at 4 p.m. Friday; call (330) 637-2771 for details.
