All in good fun: water battles, what a burger!

Cole is the son of Jeff and Elaine Payne of Cortland. The annual event, sponsored by the Lions Club, began Thursday and ends Saturday. Hours are 6 p.m. to midnight each day. On Saturday there will be a parade at 6 p.m. and a fireworks display at 10:30 p.m.
