Two were charged with underage consumption of alcohol and two were charged with juvenile possession and consumption of alcohol after police said they found four cans of beer.

Vandalism: A man in the 8300 block of Hitchcock Road reported about $200 worth of damage to two windows at his residence.
Theft: An employee at Toys "R" Us, 317 Boardman-Poland Road, reported 19 assorted video games stolen.
Theft: A woman reported $200 and a padlock stolen from a locker while she was at Astre Fitness Center.
Theft: Police arrested two Youngstown girls, 15 and 14, on theft charges after 15 pieces of miscellaneous clothing were taken from Gabriel Bros., 850 Boardman-Poland Road.
