Parents announce Kushma-LaCivita wedding plans

XThe engagement of Maureen Lynn Kushma, 4587 Grayton Road, Cleveland, and Robert James LaCivita, 2082 E. Fourth St., Cleveland, is announced by their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dale A. Kushma, 7414 Sierra Madre Trail, Boardman, and Atty. and Mrs. Richard J. LaCivita, 3698 Tippecanoe Place, Canfield.
The bride-elect attended Kent State University and graduated from the Ford School of Cosmetology in Boardman as a managing manicurist. She is a nail technician with Charles Scott West in Westlake.
Her fiance is an attorney with the law firm of Shapiro and Felty in Cleveland. He graduated from Miami University at Oxford with a bachelor's degree in business administration and earned his juris doctorate degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Cleveland.
The couple will be united in marriage during an open ceremony they have planned for noon Aug. 2 at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. Their evening reception will be held by invitation at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
