Christopher Kramer, 27, Clingan Road, Poland; cocaine possession.
Darrell N. Jackson, 29, West Boston Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession, tampering with evidence.
Daniel T. Feagin, 47, Halleck Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Alonzo Clark, 28, Council Rock Avenue, Youngstown; concealed weapon.
Robert B. Williamson, 37, Park Avenue, Columbiana; cocaine possession.
Randy L. Bell, 18, East Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession, marijuana trafficking.
Robert M. Jeter, 21, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of discharging a firearm into a home, one count of receiving stolen property and concealed weapon.
Darian R. Patterson, 23, West Warren Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of discharging a firearm into a home, one count of receiving stolen property and illegal possession of a weapon.
Samantha T. Jackson, 20, East Delason Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Adam J. Lipscomb, 19, Mason Street, Niles; three counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of kidnapping.
James A. Cummings, 23, Wilson Avenue, Campbell; illegal possession of a weapon.
Scott Martin, 22, East Indianola Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Charles E. Spencer, 34, Pasadena Avenue, Youngstown; escape.
Kevin Thompson, 19, Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated marijuana trafficking.
Timothy P. Franks, 33, West Spring Street, Struthers; failure to register as a sex offender.
Scranton Buchanan, 60, Willis Avenue, Youngstown; three counts each of rape and gross sexual imposition.
John E. Wolff, 53, Orlo Lane, Youngstown; two counts each of rape and gross sexual imposition.
Keith Strozier, 36, Crandall Avenue, Youngstown; rape.
Blythe Allen, 40, Idlewood Avenue, Youngstown; four counts of sexual battery, one count each of unlawful sexual contact with a minor and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
