Gabricks observe 50th anniversary at family dinner

XYOUNGSTOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. Ed Gabrick of 2625 Canfield Road were honored June 27 at a family reception and dinner at the Brentford House in Hubbard in celebration of their golden wedding anniversary.
Arrangements for the festivity were made by the couple's children and their spouses, Ed and Linda Gabrick of Youngstown, Ilona and Don Cooke of Lake Milton, Theresa and Ed Ference of Canfield and Cheryl Gabrick of Youngstown. Nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild complete their family.
Mr. Gabrick and the former Vera Dankovich were married June 27, 1953, at St. Stephen of Hungary Church. He retired in 1986 from American Welding & amp; Manufacturing in Niles, where he was an industrial engineer.
His wife retired in 1954 from Dollar Bank, where she was a clerk-bookkeeper.
The couple belong to St. Stephen of Hungary Church, where they are volunteers and Mr. Gabrick is a member of the Holy Name Society.
