BANKING
YOUNGSTOWN -- KeyBank has appointed James P. Castrigano its senior vice president and commercial banking team sales leader for its greater Akron and Mahoning Valley operations. Castrigano has more than 20 years' experience in banking, most recently as a manager of commercial banking at the Fifth Third Bank, where he worked for 10 years. He has a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in business administration, both from Xavier University.
YOUNGSTOWN -- National City Bank has promoted Lars Eller to area executive of its eastern Ohio community banking network, responsible for leadership and development of consumer and small business banking in Youngstown, Boardman, Warren, Martins Ferry, New Philadelphia and Steubenville. He will be based in the Federal Plaza branch downtown.
Eller previously managed the bank's retail sales management and incentives group in a six-state region, and he came to National City from Toronto Dominion Bank in Canada. He has a bachelor's degree from Concordia University in Canada and a master's degree in business administration from McGill University, also in Canada, and is a graduate of the Consumer Banker's Association Graduate School of Retail Bank Management.
WARREN -- Tracy Conn, a Warren native, has been named assistant vice president of supervision and regulation by the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Conn joined the bank in 1993 and until recently was manager of its data services department.
She has a bachelor's degree in finance from Kent State University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Akron, and she served with the National Guard in Austintown.
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- F.N.B. Corp. has promoted Christine Tvaroch to senior vice president and general auditor, to be based in Hermitage. Tvaroch came to F.N.B. in 1995 from Bank One Corp. and most recently served as the bank's general auditor.
A Warren native, she has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and has earned the certified public accountant and certified bank auditor designations.
