Shock 68, Fever 60
Detroit held the Fever scoreless for a six-minute stretch in the second half and won a franchise-record seventh game in a row. Cash added six rebounds and six assists, but also had a team-record eight turnovers. Tamika Catchings led Indiana with 17 points, while Natalie Williams had 14 points and 11 rebounds for Indiana, but also tied a team record with eight turnovers. Indiana led 33-32 at the half, aided by 11 points and eight rebounds from Williams.
Sun 65, Mystics 63
Taj McWilliams-Franklin powered in a 5-foot running bank shot at the buzzer to give Connecticut the victory at Washington. With 2.4 seconds left, McWilliams-Franklin took an inbounds pass from Katie Douglas and dribbled down the lane to make the shot that enabled the Sun (6-5) to snap a two-game losing streak. McWilliams-Franklin's shot spoiled a heroic comeback attempt by Washington's Coco Miller, who made two 3-pointers in the final 10.3 seconds to close a six-point deficit and tie the score at 63. Miller scored 13 points to lead the Mystics (2-8), who have lost five straight. Shannon Johnson and Katie Douglas scored 18 points apiece for the Sun.

Marie Ferdinand scored 17 points and Margo Dydek added 15, helping San Antonio overcome a sluggish first half at Sacramento. Despite making just 10 of 40 shots in the half, the Monarchs led 24-18.
