August date set for Maria Yiannaki and Nick Varveris

XBOARDMAN -- Dr. Harold and Efi Yiannaki and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Varveris, all of Boardman, are announcing the engagement of their children, Dr. Maria Yiannaki and Atty. Nick Varveris, both of Columbus.
The couple will be married at 3 p.m. Aug. 31 at St. John Greek Orthodox Church, and a reception by invitation will follow at Antone's Banquet Centre.
Dr. Yiannaki earned a bachelor's degree in combined sciences at Youngstown State University and a doctor of medicine degree from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed a residency in internal medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus and is in practice with Central Ohio Medicine, Columbus.
Her fiance holds a bachelor's degree in political science and history from Youngstown State University and received his juris doctorate from Ohio State University College of Law. He is a hearing officer for the Industrial Commission for the state of Ohio.
