YOUNGSTOWN-- The YWCA offers area cancer caregivers a free "Fit to Help Fight" program in collaboration with the American Cancer Society, Forum Health and Humility of Mary Health Partners.
The program, which includes massages, stress management, relaxation techniques, fitness, laughter therapy and a light meal, is from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the Youngstown YWCA; from 5 to 8 p.m. July 15 at the Forum Health Community Health Connection at the Eastwood Mall in Niles; and from noon to 3 p.m. Aug. 30 at the Georgeanna Parker Center in Boardman Park.
