Shot fired at teen boy
AUSTINTOWN -- Police are investigating a report that a man shot at a 17-year-old boy in a car Tuesday night on South Four Mile Run Road. The boy told police he was driving east on Mahoning Avenue about 10:45 p.m. when the man in a blue car passed him at a high rate of speed and gestured. Reports state that when the two cars stopped for a red light, the man pointed a handgun out his window and told the boy he was "three seconds away from death." The man then drove away. The boy said he followed the man onto South Four Mile Run Road, where the man fired a shot out his window. The boy, who was not hit, then drove away.
