Details: Several women reported a number of incidents.
Description of subject: Black male in a dark vehicle that usually flees toward McGuffey Plaza.

Reward: Up to $1,000 is given for information leading to the arrest and indictment of people accused of felonies in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
