YOUNGSTOWN -- Lisa Lee Kohler of Kohler & amp; Associates in Austintown has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant professional designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. Candidates must complete a series of examinations and fulfill experience and ethics requirements. Kohler is a graduate of Youngstown State University and is a designated chartered property and casualty underwriter. She has been a representative of Nationwide Insurance and Financial for 20 years.
YOUNGSTOWN -- A television commercial produced by Massaro Productions Inc. in partnership with Forum Health Cancer Care Centers has been named a finalist in the 24th Annual Telly Awards competition. The national competion had more than 10,000 entries, with 14 percent to 18 percent of them selected as finalists.
Jim Massaro of Massaro Productions worked with JoAnne McCliment and John Gonda of the Forum Health marketing team to create the TV spot titled " Uniquely Qualified." It was filmed at the D.D. Davis Center in Mill Creek Park.
EAST LIVERPOOL -- Von Roll WTI, a provider of incineration services for hazardous waste has achieved the ISO 9001 international quality service standard. Employees have been working toward the standard since 1997. The company, based in East Liverpool, said it is the first in its industry to achieve both the ISO 9001 and the ISO 14001 standards for quality assurance.
