INSTALLATION Jane Evans servi ng as president of the Monday Musical Club

YOUNGSTOWN -- Jane J. Evans was installed as president of the Monday Musical Club during a meeting June 9 at the home of Mary Owen, Westport Circle.
Also serving as officers are Gloria Mousure, first vice president and concert course chairwoman; Eva Roesti, second vice president and marketing chairwoman; Jeannie Peskin, recording secretary; Barbara Fiffick, corresponding secretary; Kathleen Rickert, treasurer; and Helen Prokop, assistant treasurer. Barbara Tinkham is immediate past president.
Members of the board of trustees are Barbara Armstrong, Bud Desing, Dr. Bart DePascal, Ginny Dineen, Dorothy Evers, Donna Fulks, Mary Jane Karam, Sallie McKelvey, Gladys Melnick, Joseph Merando, Tammy Merando, Mary Owen, Phil Prosser, Wilma Stewart, Bob Suchanek, Dr. Randy Tharp, Mary Ann Young and Val Zurawick.
Each year the club awards scholarships to students studying at Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University. Grover Yaus Funds are distributed to Youngstown City Schools for support of band and orchestra students. Yaus was the band master at The Rayen School for many years.
