ASSOCIATIONS
XWilliam Penn Association Branch 28 of Youngstown will meet at 7 p.m. June 23 at Lucianno's Restaurant, 1732 S. Raccoon Road. The September bus trip will be discussed.
CLUBS
XCroatian Ladies of Campbell will meet for a summer picnic at 1:30 p.m. June 24 at the home of Kay Mihin, 5995 McCartney Road, Youngstown. There also will be a short meeting with Daisy Litch presiding.
GUILDS
XEmbroiderers' Guild of America will meet June 24 at the I.O.O.F. Hall in Canfield. Sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., and the project will be a "make-do" pincushion taught by Sharon Watson. Visitors are welcome. Inquiries may be sent to YoEGA@aol.com.
RELIGIOUS GROUPS
XCourt Bishop James McFadden 1650, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, will hold its annual picnic and meeting at 12:30 p.m. June 26 at the Georgeanna Parker Activity Center in Boardman Township Park. Guests are welcome. Those attending should take a covered dish and table service. Officers will supply meat and rolls. SUPPORT GROUPS
XMended Hearts, Chapter 7, a support group for all heart patients and their families, will meet at 7 p.m. June 25 in Finnegan Auditorium at St. Elizabeth Health Center. The speaker will be Jon Andrus of the Family Benefits Association, who will speak on long-term care, wills, living trusts and retirement account distribution. The public is invited.
