Fashioned of Italian satin and Battenberg lace, the bride's ballroom-style gown featured a halter neckline and matching gauntlets, and was trimmed with pearls and sequins. The skirt flowed to a cathedral train. A crown of pearls and rhinestones held her two-tiered waist-length veil.
Her sister, Tina Hoover-Tura, was matron of honor, and bridesmaid was Janet Dickey. They wore black gowns. Flower girls were Haley Tura, the bride's niece, and Lilan Miller, the groom's niece.
Gregory Miller was best man for his brother, and groomsmen were the groom's brothers, Christopher, Patrick, Michael and Ryan Miller. His nephew, Winston Miller, was ring bearer.
A cum laude graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mrs. Miller is an application engineer at Delphi Packard Electric Systems in Warren.
